At Pronto, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience issues with your Pronto gear, you can request a return, provided that the product was purchased or produced within the last 100 days.
To submit a warranty claim, please send a copy of your original receipt or a specified proof of purchase. You must also provide photos that clearly show the defect or fault as well as the product itself. Please note that we do not cover damages caused by negligence, misuse, or ordinary wear and tear.
Returns are only applicable for products purchased directly from our online shop. If you bought the product from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly and follow their warranty policy.
