At Pronto, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 100-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Below, you will find all the details about our warranty policy.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds are only available within 14 days of receipt of your product, provided it meets our Return Policy conditions. After the 14-day period, products can only be exchanged for the same or a comparable item.

What Is Covered?

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • Structural damage to the product caused by manufacturing issues.
  • Material failures under normal use conditions.

What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, negligence, or abuse.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@prontosport.co or fill out our contact form.
  2. Provide the following information in your email or form:
    • Your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
    • Photos clearly showing the defect.
    • A brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 5 business days with the next steps.

Replacement or Repair

If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Repair the defective product at no additional cost.
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable item.

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping the item to us for warranty evaluation is the responsibility of the customer. If the claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.
